febootstrap software package provides transitional package to deal with package renames., you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install febootstrap
febootstrap is installed in your system.
Make ensure the febootstrap package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep febootstrap *
You will get with febootstrap package name, version, architecture and description in a table
